Samsung is currently testing One UI 7 builds for several Galaxy devices, with a beta expected to begin in mid-December 2024. A new One UI 7 test build for the Galaxy S21 series has recently surfaced, showing that Samsung is progressing with its internal testing process.
One UI 7 build for the Galaxy S21 Ultra (G998USQUEHXKA) has been spotted on the testing server, and it’s specifically for the US model on T-Mobile’s network. This means Samsung is actively working on enhancing the update for these devices before it’s officially released.
Earlier, GeekBench revealed the performance details of the Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus running One UI 7 and Android 15. It scored 1427 in single-core performance and 2528 in multi-core performance. This shows how the update may improve the device’s speed and overall performance.

Samsung’s One UI 7 beta is expected to start in mid-December 2024, though it was previously planned to begin in November. The beta will first be available in a few countries, including the United States, South Korea, and Germany.
If you live in one of these countries and have a Galaxy S24, you may be one of the first to try out the new features of One UI 7. After the Galaxy S24 series, Samsung will make the beta update available for other Galaxy devices.
The internal testing phase for One UI 7 is progressing well, and Samsung is preparing for the official rollout of the beta in December.
If you’re in one of the selected regions and own a compatible device, you could soon get a chance to experience the new features and improvements of One UI 7.
