Samsung Electronics underwent a major restructuring in the leadership. The company has promoted two of its executives namely Han Jin-man and Kim Yong-kwan. Many other executives got new roles to ensure the rapid growth of the company.
In its official press release, Samsung announced that the new leadership will focus on the next phase of the Company’s growth and strengthen its future competitiveness, focusing on the semiconductor business.
Notably, the press release has no mention of Samsung’s Mobile Division. It means Samsung MX President TM Roh will continue to lead the Mobile Department. The official seemingly gets rewarded for the company’s static growth in tough times.
