Samsung has been preparing to launch the One UI 7 Beta Program for its Galaxy devices, but recent reports indicated that the rollout has been delayed until December 2024. In the meantime, the first internal test build of One UI 7 has been spotted on Samsung’s server for the Galaxy S22 series, showing that development is progressing.
The new build, identified as S908BXXUDFXKS, has appeared on the testing platform for the Galaxy S22 Ultra, indicating that the One UI 7 development is going on. This internal test build shows that Samsung is actively working on enhancing One UI 7, even though the beta may take a bit longer to release.
The delay in the beta program is disappointing Galaxy fans. However, it’s clear that the software update is still under development, and we can expect it to roll out for the Galaxy S24 series in December 2024. After that, it could be available for other Galaxy models like Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S22 series.
At SDC24, Samsung announced that the One UI 7 Beta will be rolled out by the end of the year, which now means it’s expected to launch in December 2024. Additionally, the stable version of One UI 7 is set to arrive with the Galaxy S25 series next year.
