Ducati has officially unveiled the 2025 Streetfighter V4, a beastly machine that draws design and engineering inspiration from the Panigale V4. Available in Standard and S variants, the latest Streetfighter V4 replaces its predecessor and is expected to debut in the Indian market in 2025.
Heart of a Beast: Desmosedici Stradale Engine
The 2025 Streetfighter V4 is powered by the Desmosedici Stradale engine, tuned to deliver:
- 213 bhp at 13,500 rpm.
- 119 Nm of peak torque at 11,250 rpm.
For adrenaline-seekers, the optional Akrapovič racing exhaust by Ducati Performance boosts output to an impressive 225 bhp, underscoring the bike’s track-ready pedigree.
Chassis and Suspension: Panigale DNA with Comfort Upgrades
The chassis borrows heavily from the Panigale V4, featuring:
- A lighter and stiffer front frame, enhancing agility and stability.
- Double-sided Ducati Hollow Symmetrical Swingarm, improving rear traction.
- Forged aluminum alloy wheels on the V4 S variant, weighing just 2.95 kg (front) and 4.15 kg (rear), inspired by DesmosediciGP.
Suspension duties are handled by third-generation electronically controlled Öhlins NIX/TTX suspension. Enhancements include:
- A revised rear suspension link for improved road comfort.
- A unique Cruise Detection strategy that softens the suspension during steady rides, ensuring a more comfortable experience on highways.
Braking: Enhanced Performance with Brembo Hypure Calipers
Ducati has equipped the Streetfighter V4 with the cutting-edge Brembo Hypure front brake calipers, offering:
- A 60-gram weight reduction per pair compared to the previous Stylema calipers.
- Improved heat dissipation for consistent and effective braking, even under extreme conditions.
Technology: Cutting-Edge Instrumentation
The 6.9-inch instrument cluster features:
- An 8:3 aspect ratio optimized for both road and track use.
- Advanced metrics, including:
- TPMS values
- Instantaneous torque and power
- Lateral and longitudinal acceleration
- Lean angles
- Throttle and brake inputs
This tech-forward interface ensures riders have all the data they need for peak performance at their fingertips.
